Designs from scratch to live.
Hey, I'm Rameshwar Kharwa — UI/UX & Product Designer.
From AI workflows and research to ideation, design systems,
and testing — I take ideas from scratch to live, end to end.

Highlights of impact
Results from usability tests and live launches across three projects.
300+
clients served by the rebuilt B2B ordering platform
5/5
rural, low-digital-comfort users completed a purchase unassisted
<60s
from product to completed checkout in testing
3/3
gym centres completed the key risk-detection tasks
Sources: my own moderated usability tests (Salecha, n=5; ProFIT, n=3 across three centres) and pre-redesign audits. Small samples, reported as tested.
Selected work
Three problems, three shipped answers.
From research to launch, across B2B, D2C and AI-powered SaaS.
Salecha Lifestyles
B2B SaaS Ecommerce platform
A parent platform built so 300+ optical-store clients, many in rural Maharashtra, could finally order.

Twenty2
D2C Ecommerce
A bold black-and-electric-yellow storefront that restored trust in a premium brand. Orders began within two weeks.

ProFIT
A dashboard showing gym owners which members may leave, and why, before the loss happens.

Selected explorations
How I think
Why first. Then what. Then how.
Why
Interviews, audits and field visits to find the root cause, not the symptom.
What
Remove, simplify and prioritise until only what helps the user finish their task remains.
How
Prototype, test with real users, iterate, and report the evidence honestly.

About
Getting only the degree didn’t satisfy my finesse, which led me to earn 14+ more certifications in color psychology, typography, design systems, and more. The truth is, I’ll never be satisfied—hence, I’m still counting.
An MCA graduate, I found design through a single Figma subject. At a startup, I took an organisation's B2B ecommerce platform from research to live.
Outside design I sing, train and read, which keeps me attentive to rhythm, discipline and detail.
Let's connect
If there’s nothing like perfection, then there’s also nothing like limits.
